Sales Manager

Position Profile:
This position will be located in Santa Clara, California.

This key individual will perform direct sales and will be successful if he/she can leverage his/her contacts and network to establish new sales.

Selection Criteria

  • The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Sales Manager role;
  • Industry experience and knowledge of the PCB assembly process a must Bachelors Degree preferred and /or related job experience;
  • A strong understanding of the electronic contract manufacturing business, which stems from his/her recent experience in an outside sales role.
  • A proven sales record related to electronic contract manufacturing with meeting the company's revenue objectives.
  • Strong communication skills. Is a mature, self-starter and able to flexibly work with the resources of a small company culture. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.
