Jeff Bullis
Jeff is the CEO of Absolute Turnkey where he is committed to building a premium, quality manufacturing company that specializes in the medical and military industries.

Jeff lives in Redwood City where he is an avid outdoorsman and owner of a bull ranch in Carmel Valley. Other interests include travelling ― he has been to 20 different countries to date ― and solar energy. Jeff is environmentally conscious: he has installed a 50kw system at Absolute Turnkey and a 7kw system at his personal residence. He is involved in numerous charitable organizations including the IDES Society, Brotherhood of St. Anthony’s and The Family. 

He has a degree from Notre Dame de Namur University with a BS degree in business, and his prior career experiences include being a certified welder, a heavy equipment operator, a fleet manager, an elevator construction sales manager and an electronics outsourcing manager. Additionally, he is the CEO/Owner of Jamesburg Teleport, a telecommunication facility located on the West Coast of the US.

Jeff strives to run a high-quality business where employees as well as customers take priority. He provides resources to grow the company as well as each individual employee, and uses his skills to ensure a safe, green environment that enhances relationships at all levels.

Michelle Barbe
Michelle started Absolute Turnkey with Jeff Bullis in 1996. With more than 10 years of experience in sales, purchasing and operations, Michelle’s background has been key to the success of the company.  

An avid scuba diver, cyclist and animal lover, Michelle grew up on the Peninsula in San Carlos, CA. and was a cadet for the San Carlos police. She graduated from SFSU with a BS degree in Business. Prior to Absolute Turnkey, Michelle was the owner/operator of an underwater pet store in San Francisco that specialized in reef tanks and exotic fish from faraway lands. Growing up, she spent summers in the south of France in Biarritz and attended the local school.
